LMF: Why don't we start with you guys introducing yourselves?
BB: Billy Buchanan - Lead singer and Bass guitar, Guy Roberts - Drums, Justin Mackey - Guitar, Ben Rodriguez - Guitar
LMF: Can you guys tell us how Fusebox began?
BB: We started out as the touring band for Rebecca St. James. We did that for about 3 years. We eventually got our own record deal and put our first album "Lost In Worship" out in February 2002. Our new album "Once Again" comes out on June 15, 2004.
LMF: Who came up with the name Fusebox?
BB: Us and Rebecca.
LMF: Describe your music to someone who has never heard it before.
BB: Passionate worship with an edge.
LMF: Who are some of your inspirations when it comes to music?
BB: There are so many. POD, Lenny Kravitz, Foo Fighters, Switchfoot, Seal too name a few.
LMF: Who writes most of the music?
BB: Billy Buchanan
LMF: If you could perform with anyone out there, who would it be?
BB: Stevie Wonder :-)
LMF: Do you guys have any embarrassing moments on stage you would like to share?
BB: I once sang a duet with Rebecca St. James and realized after we were done with the song that my fly was open.
LMF: What do you guys like better, recording in the studio or performing live?
BB: Performing live
LMF: What is your favorite song on the album and why?
BB: "Hello". We really feel like it represents where we are right now lyrically and musically.
LMF: If you could date one celebrity out there who would it be?
BB: Well, I'm married.
LMF: What is the greatest memory in your career so far?
BB: Toby Mac asked me to come on stage in front of 10, 000 people and sing Jesus Freak with him. It was a blast.
LMF: What is the one food you could eat 24/7?
BB: Chinese Food.
LMF: What CD would we find in your CD player right now?
BB: The new Alicia Keys album.
LMF: Where do you see yourselves in 5 years?
BB: Still singing and recording. I also own an independent record label called "Vision 1st Music" I see it really blossoming in the next few years.
LMF: What message do you want to give to all your fans out there?
BB: Jesus is the real deal. Don't fall for the lies that MTV tries to hand you. Life is about so more than bling bling, and getting laid. Give the Lord a try. He'll be everything that you need.
