LMF: Why don't we start off with you introducing yourself?
DE: What's goin' on... this is Daniel Emmett. I am a 20 year old performing artist from Sacramento, California.
LMF: What made you become a singer?
DE: Ultimately Michael Jackson was the true inspiration. However, I feel that music was instilled in me at a very young age. Ever since I can remember I was putting on a show, singing, dancing, or trying to get others to do the same.
LMF: Who are your influences?
DE: I have many, but Michael Jackson, BoysIIMen, Hanson, Al Green, and the Eagles are some of the greatest.
LMF: How would you describe your music?
DE: I am striving to create quality timeless music. I love to write music that makes you want to shake your hips.
LMF: Do you write your own music?
DE: Yes I do.
LMF: Can you tell us alit bit about your album coming out soon?
DE: Sure, the album will be full length. Currently it is leaning towards a more urban/pop feel. It is going to be a really fun album... I am working with some very talented people on this project.
LMF: Do you ever get nervous or stage fright?
DE: Sometimes. I am generally more excited than anything. I do not have stage fright however.
LMF: If you could open up for any artist out there right now, who would it be?
DE: Britney or Hilary. They have an awesome fan base, and I would love to be able to share myself with an amazing fan base like they have.
LMF: What is the one thing you can eat 24/7?
DE: Oh geez... ICE CREAM!
LMF: What C.D. would we find in your C.D. player right now?
DE: Michael Jackson Thriller.
LMF: Where do you see yourself in five years from now?
DE: Music, music, music. In one form or another.
LMF: If you weren't singing, is there something else you could see yourself doing for a career?
DE: Becoming a doctor or surgeon.
LMF: If you had a fortune cookie, what would your ideal fortune cookie say?
DE: "Difficult times will make you a stronger person."
LMF: Last one, What message would you like to send out to your fans?
